Brilliant Minds Powering Our Team
Agnieszka Łasut
Co-Founder, CEO
She studied at the Faculty of Environmental Protection of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and even then was directed towards modern technological fields. She developed her career path in technological industries as well as interpersonal skills and a talent for building human teams, supporting them with postgraduate studies in enterprise management. Since 2018, she has co-created and implemented one of the most innovative technological projects in Poland in the field of the Internet of Things - the ELIoT Pro system, which as one of the few projects from Poland in the entire history of the SME Instrument/Horizon 2020 program received funding from the European Commission. She was the creator of the first pilot implementations of the ELIoT Pro system in Silesia in the areas of Smart Buildings, Smart City, and Industrial Automation.
A particular success was the preparation and realization of the world premiere of the ELIoT Pro system and the presentation of a joint pilot project implemented with the City of Katowice, which took place during the Cybersec Forum 2019 in Katowice. This implementation was appreciated not only by the authorities of the City of Katowice but also by the region. As an entrepreneurial woman, she is a co-founder and CEO of Smart Secure Networks Sp. z o.o., which is the coordinator of the Polish IoT and AI Cluster - SINOTAIC. The Cluster, in less than three years of its activity, has become one of the recognizable initiatives in the country in the field of the most modern technologies, especially the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and cybersecurity.
She is a co-creator of the concept of the "Smart Secure Cities" Digital Innovation Hub and the "SME 4.0" Program, which has been operating in a "one-stop-shop" formula since 2020. She is an expert in the Silesian Experts Forum, an expert in Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, and an expert of the Silesian and Podkarpackie Future Industry Council.
